Blankstone Sington shortlisted for national award

Liverpool’s leading investment management and stockbroking firm, Blankstone Sington, has this week been shortlisted for a 2020 Growth Investor Award.

Blankstone Sington has been shorlisted for a national award

The Growth Investor Awards, hosted by Intelligent Partnership, recognise the investment firms that are achieving exceptional value for investors, businesses and fuelling regional growth through intelligent and impactful investment strategies.

Blankstone Sington has been shortlisted in the Best AIM Portfolio Service category which celebrates wealth management and stockbroking firms who offer discretionary AIM portfolio management services. Enabling investors to invest in AIM-listed companies through discretionary AIM portfolio management services provides smaller, less-developed companies that have high-growth potential with access to much needed capital.

Blankstone Sington will compete for the award against three other companies: Charles Stanley, Guinness Asset Management and Sarasin Partners.

Commenting on the shortlisting, Neil Blankstone, Business Development Director and Lead Investment Manager IHT Services at Blankstone Sington, said:

“We are delighted to have been shortlisted for such a competitive and prestigious award. The AIM investment community is a highly competitive one, and our shortlisting demonstrates the effectiveness and impact of our unique investment philosophy.”

“Blankstone Sington is committed to offering the very best investment advice to our clients and supporting them with both proven and innovative investment strategies over the long term. We are continually working with individuals and institutional investors alike to make the most from AIM-focused investments for long-term individual and societal benefit.”

Commenting on the 2020 Growth Investor Awards, Guy Tolhurst, Managing Director of Intelligent Partnership, said:

“This has been an exceptional year in so many ways, and, as every finalist can confirm, success has come from being able to adapt and keep moving forward. I’m delighted we can host these awards as an online event and continue to recognise the investment providers playing such a crucial role in giving the UK’s smaller companies the growth capital and expertise they need.”

“I would like to congratulate Blankstone Sington – because to reach the finalist stage in such a competitive field of entrants in this category is a huge achievement.”

Winners of the 2020 Growth Investor Awards will be announced at virtual award ceremony in December.
